After working over 10 years operating a single gas station in Toronto I wanted to expand my business. I worked with a new company and was given an offer to take ownership of 4 gas stations in Ontario. But to take advantage I had to get financing for the required down payments. I worked on my own to try and get the funding but wasn’t able to, and with 2 weeks left to complete my purchase I was very nervous.
